In this 9 week group program, you’ll go through the framework I used to transform myself from anxious achiever, to a confident, respected, transformational leader:

  • You will EXAMINE your current reality and identity and uncover your patterns and behaviors that are keeping you stuck here

  • You will ENVISION the new identity and reputation--no holding back. How do you REALLY WISH other people saw you in your career? You can literally create that person.

  • Once you have that specific and deeply compelling vision of who you want to be at work, you will EXECUTE on that vision.

Weeks 1-3//EXAMINE

In the first 3 weeks, you will cut through the noise of anxiety and self-doubt in a supportive environment, and take a deep look at how you’ve been showing up at work. You will identify your patterns, self-sabotaging behaviors, and limiting beliefs that are consistently reinforcing your image.


Weeks 4-5//ENVISION

Now that you understand your behaviors on a deeper level, you will craft your ideal future self. That’s right--the badass that you daydream about, and hide beneath your anxious protection mechanisms? You are no longer daydreaming. You are getting SPECIFIC about exactly who that is, down to their body language, style, and presence. In this stage, you are actively catching and correcting your old self-sabotaging habits at work, undergoing rapid transformation as you rewire how you interact with people.


Weeks 6-9//EXECUTE

Now that you have your vision, the last 4 weeks are spent EXECUTING on that vision. Weekly group calls and teaching will continue, focusing on developing your public speaking skills in a completely safe, no-fail environment of supportive cohort members. We will learn about and practice making articulate points in meeting settings, how to deal with unexpected questions, presentation skills, and handling conflict and interruptions with grace and confidence.

In these last 4 weeks, you will also have a weekly individual coaching session with me to work on the skills specific to YOUR ideal self.
